We bring the site to a SeoPrimo Score of at least 95/100; from that day, within 90 days, to verified presence according to three precise conditions.
A specific position, traffic, revenue.
Not because we are not good enough: Google and the AI providers decide on their own what to show. We are not the providers of those services and nobody — us included — controls their algorithms.
Full refund of the setup fee.
If the conditions are not met at the end of the window, we give back the whole setup fee. The subscription remains due for the months used.

The 90 days start.
The day the Score reaches 95 is recorded in the panel: the window runs from there.
Verification or refund.
At the end of the window we check the three conditions. If they are not met, we refund the setup fee.
What we need from you.
The guarantee applies if, for the whole 90-day window:
- the subscription is active and paid;
- you have provided the brief and access we asked for;
- you have approved the proposed publications;
- you have not made changes that remove the optimisations;
- the site did not already have a Google manual action.

Why don't you guarantee a specific position?
Because nobody controls the algorithms of Google or of the AI providers: they decide what to show, and they change. We are not the providers of those services. Anyone promising "number one on Google" is promising something they cannot deliver.
When does the guarantee start?
On the day the site's full SeoPrimo Score reaches 95 out of 100 with the optimisations applied. The 90 days run from that day.
What exactly do you refund?
The whole setup fee paid at activation. The subscription remains due for the months in which you used the service.
Who decides the searches and prompts used to verify?
We agree them together during onboarding: the "service + area" search for Google and the reference prompts for the AI assistants. They stay on record in the panel.
What can void the guarantee?
A suspended or unpaid subscription during the window, a missing brief or access, proposed publications not approved, changes that remove the optimisations, a pre-existing Google manual action.
How do I claim the refund?
At the end of the window we check the three conditions with you. If they are not met we open the case and refund the setup fee to the same payment method used with Stripe.
