Guarantee terms.

The rules of the SeoPrimo guarantee: when it starts, what verified presence means, when the setup fee is refunded and what is not guaranteed. Summarised on the Guarantee page.

1. Purpose and definitions

These terms govern the guarantee offered by Weblabfactory di Alberto Ferrante, VAT number IT10698181210, registered office Portici (NA), Campania, Italia, email info@seoprimo.it ("SeoPrimo") to customers who subscribe to a SeoPrimo plan. They supplement the Terms of Service.

  • Full SeoPrimo Score: the 0 to 100 score computed by SeoPrimo across all pillars (technical, entity and local, citable content, authority, GEO readiness).
  • Window: the 90-day period defined in article 2.
  • Setup fee: the one-off activation fee paid when subscribing to the plan.
  • Onboarding: the initial phase in which SeoPrimo and the customer agree in writing, in the panel, the "service + area" search and the reference prompts.

2. Activation of the guarantee

The guarantee is activated when the site's full SeoPrimo Score reaches 95/100 with the optimisations applied. The 90-day window runs from that day. The activation date is recorded in the customer's panel.

3. Verified presence

"Verified presence" means that, at the end of the window, all three of the following conditions are met:

  1. the site's main pages and the SeoPrimo landing pages are indexed on Google;
  2. the site appears on the first page of Google results for "brand" searches and for at least one "service + area" search agreed during onboarding;
  3. the brand is cited by at least one of ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude on at least one of the reference prompts agreed during onboarding.

Verification is carried out by SeoPrimo together with the customer, with dated evidence (search results and AI assistant answers) kept in the panel.

4. Refund

If at the end of the window the conditions of article 3 are not met, SeoPrimo refunds the setup fee in full. The subscription remains due for the months used.

The refund is made through Stripe to the same payment method used for the setup fee, without undue delay after the verification is closed. Refund of the setup fee is the only remedy provided by the guarantee.

5. Conditions of validity

The guarantee is valid provided that, for the whole window:

  • the subscription is active and duly paid;
  • the customer has provided the brief and the access requested;
  • the customer has approved the publications proposed by SeoPrimo;
  • the customer has not made changes that remove the optimisations applied;
  • the site was not subject to a pre-existing manual action by Google.

6. What is not guaranteed, and why

The guarantee does not cover a specific position in search results, nor traffic, leads or revenue. Google and the providers of large language models (LLMs) decide independently what to show; nobody — SeoPrimo included — controls their algorithms, and SeoPrimo is not a provider of those services.

SeoPrimo guarantees what can be verified: the quality of the work (a SeoPrimo Score of 95 or higher) and presence as defined in article 3.

7. Term and termination

If the subscription is cancelled or suspended before the end of the window, the guarantee lapses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the court determined according to the law. For questions about the guarantee: info@seoprimo.it.
