Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance. The agents use credits for the actions that cost computing work: audits, analysis, summaries. The rest of the service is covered by the subscription.

Credit packs
If you need more credits you buy a pack. It adds to your plan credits and lasts 12 months from the date of purchase.

Order of use
- Credits from the current month's plan are used first.
- Then the packs, starting with the one that expires first.
- Unused plan credits do not roll over: at renewal the plan balance restarts from the monthly allowance.
- Expired credits can no longer be used. If the balance is not enough, the action does not start and nothing is charged.

All prices exclude VAT. The service is for businesses and professionals with a VAT number. You pay by card through Stripe; you cancel from the billing portal and the subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid.

What exactly do I pay?
A monthly subscription and a one-off setup fee when you activate. The setup fee covers the initial analysis, onboarding and the first round of optimisation. All prices exclude VAT.
Is the setup fee refundable?
Only under the guarantee: if verified presence is not there 90 days after the Score reaches 95, we refund it in full. The conditions are in the Guarantee terms.
What happens to the credits I do not use?
Plan credits are valid for the current month and restart from the monthly allowance at renewal. Packs last 12 months from purchase and are used after the plan credits, starting with the pack that expires first.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, from the Stripe billing portal in the panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. For the guarantee, the subscription must stay active for the whole 90-day window.
How do I pay and what documents do I get?
By card through Stripe: card details never touch our servers. Receipts go to the account email; your company details are needed for the invoice.
Can I buy GeoPrimo on its own?
No. GeoPrimo is the GEO module of SeoPrimo and is included in every plan: the guaranteed result comes from SEO and GEO together.
