What data we process, why, with whom and for how long. Notice under Article 13 of the GDPR.

1. Data controller
The data controller is Weblabfactory di Alberto Ferrante, VAT number IT10698181210, registered office Portici (NA), Campania, Italia, email info@seoprimo.it. This notice is provided under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").
2. What data we process
- Account data: email, password (stored only as a hash), name and company details, settings.
- Billing data: billing name and details, plan, payments and receipts. Card details are handled by Stripe only.
- Audits: the address of the site you ask us to analyse and the results of the analysis.
- Leads: email, consent and, from the contact form, the message you write to us.
- Technical logs: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type.

4. Whether providing data is required
Account and billing data are required to provide the service. Consent to be contacted is optional by nature but required to receive the full audit report and to send the contact form; you can withdraw it at any time.
5. Recipients and processors
We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties for marketing. It is processed on our behalf, and only for the purposes stated, by these data processors:

6. Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep data
- Account data: for the duration of the contract and up to 12 months after the account is closed.
- Billing documents: 10 years, as required by law.
- Free audits and their results: 12 months.
- Leads: until consent is withdrawn and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact.
- Technical logs and anti-abuse counters: for as long as strictly necessary, normally no longer than 90 days.
8. Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15-22 GDPR). You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before. Write to info@seoprimo.it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
9. Automated decisions
The SeoPrimo Score is computed automatically on the website, not on people. We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you, and we do not profile users.

We only use technical tools: details are in the cookie policy.
11. Changes
We may update this notice; the date of the last update is shown at the bottom of the page.
